• Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to me. All information provided to me for the purpose of therapy is treated as strictly confidential and kept securely. I am a member of ICO, and adhere to GDPR regulations. As part of the therapy process, I will ask you for details of your current GP, although as a general practice, no information will be shared with them unless I have significant and serious concerns about your safety or the safety of others. In the rare event that this may be the case, I will always endeavour to discuss this with you fully in the first instance.

  • Remote sessions

I conduct sessions either over the phone or via video link. This means you can engage with therapy in a comfortable space of your own choosing. Research has found remote therapy to be equally effective as traditional face to face therapy, although this may not be personal preference. (Unfortunately I do not offer face to face therapy currently). This approach often works especially well with Neurodivergent individuals, who may find it easier to engage with therapy in this format, having more control and therefore less stress accompanying sessions, leaving more mental energy for your actual therapy.

  • Unique approach

Embarking on therapy is a special journey, and feeling comfortable with your choice of therapist is a really important aspect of this, which can itself impact on therapeutic benefits. I offer a free 15 minute initial, no obligation, consultation, so you can see if you think you would be happy for me to accompany on your journey.

Let me walk with you on your journey to the best version of yourself
